New Handcrafted Jewelry Coming Soon

Updated: Apr 10

Hi everyone! Here's a short update on Emmie & Lil Handcrafted Jewelry. It is the beginning of April 2022, wow, how can that be! I have been busy in and out of the workshop. Here are a few things that have been going on. First, I'm excited to let you know that you can now purchase my jewelry in Northern Wisconsin at Mel's Trading Post! With inspiration from my son Ryan Woldt(he's very creative and I'm not just saying that because I'm his mom), I created a crate display featuring wrap rings, earrings, and more. Many items are "one of a kind." The fine staff at Mel's will be more than happy to help you. They are super to work with. Be sure to ask to see the Emmie & Lil jewelry crate. Coincidentally, the awesome sales associate I work with at Mel's is named Emily! She is very sweet and can certainly help you as well as any of the knowledgeable staff. Mel's Trading Post is a well-known long-running Sporting Goods Store in Rhinelander Wisconsin, part of the "Northwoods" community. The store is easy to find, and features high-end name-brand sporting goods such as kayaks, bikes, camping accessories, clothing, gear rental, and now Emmie and Lil Handcrafted Jewelry! Best to check out their website for all the details here. I am very happy to be able to showcase my jewelry with them.

Second, I have been working in my workshop as much as possible, getting ready for the Rising Star Mill Art Show! It is a juried Art Show and Sale. Everyone involved in putting this show together is so excited that finally, they can plan this 34th Annual Art Show & Sale to be held May 28th & 29, 2022. (Barring any unforeseen circumstances). It was canceled for 2020 & 2021, so I am thrilled that I have been invited back to this fine show. It is a well-known art show, well attended, and features a wide variety of artists like Northview Woodworks. From what I understand they will be featuring more artists outside, that is where I will be set up. A lot of thought is going into a social distance-friendly set up. Let's hope for one of those super nice Memorial Day weekend weather reports.

Third, Being a one-person show brings challenges. I have numerous freshly made items and will be featuring them at upcoming shows. Before they reach the website I highlight new items as they are completed on my Instagram Page here. I would appreciate a follow if you use that social network. If you see an item on my Instagram page that isn't on the website yet, please feel free to reach out to me via text, or direct message. With summer on the way, I hope to be making new jewelry items daily, taking them to pop-up shows, farmers' markets or, wherever possible which means some may never reach the website! Part of the Emmie & Lil Brand is that each piece is designed and made by me. An item you see today may never be available exactly the same again.

Finally, If you need a special gift, maybe a Mother's Day gift check out my Sterling Silver Ring Necklaces. Currently, I just have a 3 ring and 5 ring necklace available.

My next story will be a little bit about my "cross country road trip to California". Stay tuned and thank you so much for your interest in my handcrafted jewelry.
